The Crazy Horse Memorial – started as a response to Rushmore in 1939.  It’s not finished yet. Up by 3:30am, car loaded,  checked out and on the road by 4:15 …  we’ve got time to make up! First up, the Smoky Mountains.  Home of Pigeon Forge … and Dollywood. Did you know the Great Smokies are a UNESCO world heritage site?  And one of the most diverse eco systems in North America.
