Carthage! I was there just about three weeks ago, and I have a photo that looks very similar to the one you posted. Which is a photo of the Antoni Baths, in case you didn’t know.
Poor thing .. you had to go to that broken down old Carthage in Tunis? Well, if you ask real nice, I’m sure Lee will let you schedule a vacation in Carthage, Missouri. Where the baths are indoors!
These photos are amazing. What is this place? Did you find your Starbucks this morning?
Hey there road warriors! How’s the great Midwest? Sorry I missed your call when you were traveling through lovely Chicagoland. Thanks for the birthday stuff!
Susan,
You’re quite welcome. I put a lot of thought into it. I was a little disappointed I didn’t get a birthday gift, at least a card from you, but at least I know where I stand. XOXO
Colleen –
I knew when I met you in St. Louis I would forget to put you on my birthday calendar. I’m thinking we should just exchange Cardinals baseball gear! We’re going to Houston this year for our convention (in July; think it will be hot?) so I’ll pick you up some Texas geegaws.
